Lather Up is a small home based market business that takes pride in producing quality soap and soap products.

Great care is given to the formulations used to maximise benefits to the skin. Ingredients used are Australian made or locally sourced, many from my own garden and processed without detergents or stabilisers.

Fragrance Oils are non animal tested and the majority are organic. Tallow is rendered here at home using the highest quality grass fed and finished beef suet. Tallow is well known for its skin protective properties as well as many vitamins ensuring quality skin care. 

Natural botanicals such as Aloe Vera are harvested from my garden and processed without any additives. Flowers such as Rosella or Lavender are harvested, dried and processed without any here at home to be used as colourants, fragrances or additions for exfoliants.

Additional natural ingredients such as honey, are sourced from local bee keepers and are not pasteurised to retain their highest level of benefits. 

Tallow body butters are infused with natural botanicals such as cloves, cardamom, vanilla bean or cinnamon. Fruit peel is also used such as mandarins or lemons. A neutral carrier oil such as canola, allows the tallow to be whipped to a light and fluffy product that is piped into cosmetic grade containers to ensure cleanliness and user safety. 

As a small market based business, we don't sacrifice quality in any of the products offered. Cold pressed soap is cured for at least four weeks to allow the bar to firm up and last longer, making value for money. Our products are in house tested to be sure the quality remains high.
